London vibes and happy times! 🎉
We were upgraded for our anniversary—lekker surprise! The staff were super friendly and even left us a bottle of cava in the room. Location in Chinatown was perfect to explore everything walking distance!
Room could have used a bit more storage for our bags, but we managed just fine!

Opt for a room on a higher floor to minimize street noise, and take advantage of the nearby vibrant eateries for breakfast options.

Great location near theatres and shopping areas.
The air conditioning system was a huge inconvenience, as it was controlled by the receptionists and affected multiple rooms on the floor. I found the noise from the bar below quite disruptive, especially over the weekend, as the music seeped through even with the windows shut. the room lacked adequate soundproofing from outside noises, making it difficult to sleep peacefully at night.

i'm beyond unimpressed with my stay. the noise from Leicester square was unbearable, and don't get me started on the shower—it was more of a mini waterfall on the floor. i was expecting at least a complimentary gesture for all the disturbances, but alas, nothing! i almost considered a good review, but honestly, i just couldn’t.

the location is amazin, close to lots of cool stuff like tube stops, theaters and covent garden. the room was nicely decorated and comfy. We had everything we needed. even tho there were some nightclubs nearby, our room was really quiet. staff were chill and helpful when we needed them. overall, great experience, would def come back!
the room was kinda small and did not have complimentary drinks available, which is a bummer. also, no toiletries were provided.

We had a smooth check-in and the room on the 5th floor had the best view of the BT tower. The hotel offered a cozy lounge area and a stylish rooftop terrace to unwind. The only hiccup was the slow elevator, but it didn't spoil our overall experience. 😊

Fantastic location. I enjoyed walking to theatres and restaurants. The staff were helpful, and the breakfast was a lovely continental spread. My room was spacious and well-kept, making my stay pleasant.
There was some noise from a nearby club. which could be a bit disruptive during late hours.

Upgraded room and a delightful discount at the adjacent restaurant! Staff were charming, making our stay a real treat. I'd definitely opt for a larger room next time for a more luxurious feel.
The locked door to the next room was a bit too 'friendly', and the blinds let in more light than I wanted. Not the best for a posh lady's beauty sleep!

Perfect Getaway in the Heart of London!
I loved the compact yet cozy Double Room, which provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. Fantastic proximity to iconic spots like Chinatown and Covent Garden made our stay enjoyable. Pro tip, request a higher floor for a quieter experience, especially if you're sensitive to street noise.
